Exchange & Return Policy

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

WAMZEE offers returns and exchanges on eligible products. You must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility

Products must be:

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered;

  • Returned with original tags, labels, and packaging;

  • Free from stains, odours, damage, or signs of use; and

  • Accompanied by an order number or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Sale Items

Products purchased during a Season-End Sale, Pre-Sale, Clearance, or any other sale promotion are eligible for exchange only. They cannot be returned or refunded.

All exchanges are subject to stock and size availability.

Requesting a Return or Exchange

Contact us within seven days and provide:

  • Your order number;

  • Product name and size;

  • Reason for the request; and

  • Photographs if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Do not send a product before receiving return instructions from WAMZEE.

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged for another size, colour, or product, subject to availability. Any difference in price must be paid by the customer.

Approved exchanges are normally processed within 4–6 working days after we receive and inspect the product.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return and replacement delivery charges for size or preference-based exchanges.

WAMZEE will cover reasonable delivery charges if an incorrect, damaged, or defective product was supplied.

Refunds

Refunds are available only for eligible regular-priced products. Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds may be issued through the original payment method, bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or store credit. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless WAMZEE supplied an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.

WAMZEE reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet this policy.
