SHIPPING POLICY

WAMZEE delivers orders across Pakistan through selected courier services.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to every order.

Order Dispatch

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) on a working day will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch.

During Eid holidays, sales, promotional events, or other high-volume periods, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond WAMZEE’s control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared through SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Please provide a complete delivery address and an active contact number when placing your order. WAMZEE will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
